Ivan Rodriguez, the 14-time All-Star catcher whose signing marked the beginning of a turnaround in the Tigers organization after spending most of his career with Texas, will be the 16th member of the Rangers hall of fame. The Rangers said Friday that his induction will be during a pregame ceremony July 20. Rodriguez announced his retirement after 21 seasons as a player in April 2012.
